The Frontier team is going on our second annual retreat for a couple days. We’ll be renting a home near Shawnigan Lake on a wonderful acreage. I'm thrilled.
Our agenda includes team building, brainstorming, and vision casting. It’s a core part of our year along with our Sabbath week.
Why retreat? Because we want to grow as individuals in the same direction. It’s all too common for members of the team to have an incomplete view of their role of the greater company, and for the company to lose its laser focus. This allows us to get on the same page and craft our future together.
Who knows what fears will be eradicated in ourselves and of our future. Who knows what talents and opportunities we’ll unlock.
If your team is your greatest, or only, asset then be sure to cultivate and grow it with utmost intentionality.
