I often struggle to self identify with the word expert. Worse, I don’t like hearing other people who aren’t leaders in their field be described as expert. Then, I saw this quote:
“An expert is a person who has made all the mistakes that can be made in a very narrow field.” – Niels Bohr, Danish physicist and Nobel prize winner.
That is a definition I can live by. So please don’t call me an expert; I still have an abundance of mistakes to make in my field.
