When I was a kid I was in awe of my uncles. They were cool, funny and, most importantly, not my parents. I spent my summers with them while my parents worked away. They continue some of my favourite childhood memories.
As I grew older I started to learn things that they never did. And, after a few more years I realized that they hadn’t adapted to their new surroundings at all.
Somehow I had become an adult, they were my peers, and I had an edge on them.
And now, Frontier is competing against its big uncle. We’ve learned a lot observing them, and find ourselves peers this fall. And, as it turns out we have an edge on them too.
In the end it’s a mix of emotions reaching this point. Continuous learning is the only way to stay young, for people and companies.
