Excellence and rest go hand in hand. Every week needs a sabbath and every brain needs a sport, an adventure, a hobby.

After years of neglect I’ve been finding balance in dodgeball, cycling, audio and kindle books. I'm off to a dodgeball tournament today, and wanted to share this Dr. Seuss quote:

     Oh, the places you’ll go!
     There is fun to be done!
     There are points to be scored!
     There are games to be won.
