Starting today, I'm attempting to adjust my diet to exclude meat. I'll be eating seafood still, so not a pure vegetarian (how can anyone give up baja shrimp and fish tacos?).
But why? I want to push myself to eat simply and more naturally. Meat is also a needless part of our diet that happens to also be an exteremly cost-inneficient source of calories.
So, this post represents a public declaration of a new personal habit.
