DADvice: Buy Teach your monster to read to teach your monster to read!

On a friend's advice, I purchased Teach Your Monster to Read on iPad. His 6-year old son went from zero to full on reader in a matter of weeks. Witnessing him read I sat mesmerized and had to find out the secret to this success.
