Today the Frontier team returns from their Sabbath week. I hope they’re mentally rested and less angsty about missing the summer heat the next time they look up at the pleasant sun through our skylights. Our team now enters fall fundraising mode. We will send hundreds of eblasts and dozens of direct mail letters with the goal of raising seven figures in revenue for our clients. I can’t imagine a better team to take on the fall with.
Our team is on the frontier of digital and data-driven marketing. We’re lean, efficient, and organized. We pursue excellence and live or die by the results we produce for charities. Can you imagine this culture in a non-profit communications department? I believe it's impossible.
Hire people who can operate when rules and safety nets break down.
